lifestyle. As a Certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Specialist, I
employ Functional Movement Screens
which help identify the most effective exercises that provide
mechanically sound movement patterns. .
Just as importantly, I strive to make
sure each training session not only provides maximum client benefits,
but that it's an enjoyable experience. As I have expertise in a
wide variety of fitness disciplines such as core conditioning training,
the martial arts and yoga, my programs take the best from each in a very
accessible way.
