This is a circuit I developed not only for
shoulder mobility but increasing grip strength.
It is excellent way of working different angles
instead of the classic "push pull" associated
with lifting weights. I use this circuit not
only for MMA fighters, but for golfers and tennis players
as well. Care should be taken with the hammers
because they can cause injury if your are not careful.

one who wants to get their back moving better,
this is an excellent way.

People don't realize how important a dead lift is. This one move
strengthens everything from your big toe to your
lower back. It is also an excellent way to rehab
someone from a back, ankle, knee, hip, and
shoulder injury.

Turkish Get Up |

I love Turkish get
ups, talk about a complete body exercise. I use
the same move here with a medicine ball to activate
some of the smaller muscles in the shoulder when
someone is coming back from an injury. It allows
you to rehab the shoulder without extreme
weight.
